晒林国际文化传播交流（北京）有限公司（简称“SHINING”）成立于2018年，由北京外国语大学研究生团队与资深媒体人共同创立，公司位于北京市海淀区中关村国防科技园内，是一家以国际文化交流与媒体传播咨询为核心的国际交流服务公司。

SHINING International Cultural Exchange Co., Ltd. Beijing (hereafter referred to as “SHINING”) was established in 2018 by a team of postgraduate students from Beijing Foreign Studies University in collaboration with senior media professionals. The company is headquartered in the Zhongguancun National Defense Science and Technology Park, Haidian District, Beijing. It is an international service company specializing in global cultural exchange and media communication consultancy.

以“让世界看见你”为核心理念，晒林致力于为不同文明间的文化传播与交流提供定制化解决方案。注册商标13个，核心业务包括国际交流活动策划与承办、媒体传播策划与实施、创意设计与影视制作、新媒体传播策划与运营、精品定制旅游规划、艺术创作与咨询等。公司成立以来，曾为国内外多个政府部门、政商机构提供城市宣传、品牌传播、媒体咨询、创意设计等多项服务，并形成了一定的传播规模及影响力。

北京外国语大学国际政治与意大利都灵大学国际科学方向双硕士。北京市欧美同学会会员，欧美同学会意大利分会理事。曾主导参与了多项“一带一路”国家交流解决方案落地，擅长国际交流策划与艺术鉴赏。

Holds dual master's degrees in International Politics from Beijing Foreign Studies University and International Studies from the University of Turin, Italy. Member of the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) in Beijing and board member of the WRSA Italy Chapter. Has led and participated in the implementation of multiple international exchange initiatives related to the Belt and Road countries, with expertise in international exchange planning and art appreciation.

资深媒体人、纪录片导演。历任CCTV国际广告大赛晚会后期导演；《中国年度经济人物》论坛导演；CCTV-2《经济与法》《是真的吗》栏目编导；CCTV-4《外国人在中国》《中国缘》栏目主编；CCTV-4二十五周年特别节目《与你同行》总导演；CCTV-4《我在中国过大年》《中国爱情》等纪录片执行导演。

Senior Media Professional and Documentary Director, with a distinguished career spanning multiple flagship programs and major productions. Formerly served as post-production director for the CCTV International Advertising Competition Gala and forum director for "China's Annual Economic Figures". Worked as a producer and director for CCTV-2 programs "Economy and Law" and "Is It True?", and as chief editor for CCTV-4’s "Foreigners in China" and "China Story". Also served as the chief director of "With You Along the Way", a special program marking the 25th anniversary of CCTV-4. Other notable credits include executive director roles for documentaries such as "My Chinese New Year in China" and "Chinese Love", both aired on CCTV-4.
