我们围绕“职业教育体系考察 + 文化沉浸体验”双主线,为来自意大利、立陶宛、匈牙利、西班牙等国家的教育工作者团队,设计并落地实施了为期7天6晚的高质量亚洲研学交流与教育访问项目。

We designed and delivered a 7-day, 6-night high-quality educational exchange program in Asia, structured around two core themes: exploring the vocational education system and cultural immersion. The program was created for delegations of educators from Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, Spain, and other European countries.

以下为近期两个独立实施案例,分别在韩国与日本落地完成。

Below are two recently completed independent projects, successfully implemented in South Korea and Japan.


🇰🇷 项目一:韩国首尔职业教育体系考察与城市文化沉浸

Project One: Vocational Education System Study and Urban Cultural Immersion in Seoul, South Korea

韩国项目以首尔及水原为核心区域。在前期调研阶段,我们根据代表团的专业背景与关注方向,筛选并匹配具有代表性的职业教育院校资源,最终确定以水原科技学院作为重点访问对象。

The South Korea project focused on Seoul and Suwon as its core regions. During the preliminary research phase, we carefully assessed the delegation’s professional background and key areas of interest, identifying and matching representative vocational education institutions accordingly. Suwon Science College was selected as the primary institution for in-depth study visits.

该校拥有28个专业部门与完整的实训体系,涵盖烹饪、烘焙、美容、酒店管理、室内设计及航空旅游等方向。尤其是校内分段式机舱模拟设备与四星级实训酒店,为职业教育实践提供了高度真实的专业环境。通过课堂观摩、设施参观与教师交流,代表团系统了解了韩国职业教育高度市场导向的培养模式。

The college features 28 academic departments and a comprehensive practical training system covering culinary arts, bakery, cosmetology, hospitality management, interior design, and air tourism. Notably, its sectional aircraft cabin simulator and fully operational four-star training hotel provide a highly realistic professional environment for vocational education. Through classroom observation, facility tours, and faculty discussions, the delegation gained a systematic understanding of South Korea’s market-oriented vocational education model.



在高等教育层面,我们同步安排了延世大学与梨花女子大学的访问,使团队能够从高教体系层面对韩国教育结构形成纵向认知。

At the higher education level, we also arranged visits to Yonsei University and Ewha Womans University, enabling the delegation to form a broader and more vertical understanding of the Korean education system structure.

在行程结构上,我们采用“认知递进式设计”:先建立教育体系理解框架,再通过城市文化动线延展社会背景认知。

In terms of itinerary design, we adopted a “progressive cognitive framework.” The program first established a structured understanding of the education system, then extended that knowledge through curated urban cultural experiences to contextualize social and historical development.

代表团在 Gyeongbokgung 了解王朝历史与建筑修复;在 Cheonggyecheon 观察城市更新案例;在 Dongdaemun Design Plaza 感受当代设计语言;在 Suwon Hwaseong 理解历史防御体系。文化动线围绕“历史—发展—现代化转型”的社会逻辑进行设计。

The delegation explored dynastic history and architectural restoration at Gyeongbokgung Palace; examined urban regeneration at Cheonggyecheon Stream; experienced contemporary design language at Dongdaemun Design Plaza; and studied historical defensive systems at Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. The cultural route was intentionally designed around a social logic of “history — development — modernization.”



在体验层面,我们将“餐桌文化”纳入策划体系,通过本地餐馆体验韩式烤肉、Bulgogi、Kimchi与Makgeolli,使代表团在生活场景中理解社会结构与饮食文化,从而形成课堂之外的认知补充。

At the experiential level, we incorporated “table culture” into the overall planning structure. By visiting authentic local restaurants to experience Korean BBQ, Bulgogi, Kimchi, and Makgeolli, participants were able to understand social structures and culinary traditions within real-life contexts, creating meaningful learning beyond the classroom.


🇯🇵 项目二:日本高等教育与专业实践的多维整合

Project Two: Multidimensional Integration of Higher Education and Professional Practice in Japan

在职业教育领域,我们对接并组织代表团访问 Hattori Nutrition College,通过课程观摩、教学厨房参观与学生作品展示,使团队理解日本职业教育对细节与标准的严格要求。

In Japan, the program focused on integrating higher education, vocational education, and professional practice within a cohesive structure. Within the vocational education field, we coordinated and organized a visit to Hattori Nutrition College, where the delegation observed professional courses, toured training kitchens, and viewed student works. This provided insight into Japan’s rigorous standards and meticulous approach to vocational training.

在高等教育层面,代表团前往早稻田大学参与学术研讨与专题讲座,并围绕国际合作经验展开讨论,增强项目的学术深度。

At the higher education level, the delegation visited Waseda University, participating in academic seminars and thematic lectures, while engaging in discussions on international cooperation and institutional development, enhancing the academic depth of the program.

此外,在 Ecole de Patisserie de Tokio 的访问中,我们安排了实训课堂观摩与教师交流,使专业实践与教学体系形成对应关系。整个项目采用“看—听—对话—观察实践”四维结构设计,使交流从单向参观转化为双向互动。

Additionally, during the visit to Ecole de Patisserie de Tokio, we arranged practical classroom observations and faculty exchanges, creating a clear alignment between professional practice and pedagogical systems. The entire project was structured around a four-dimensional framework — observation, listening, dialogue, and experiential practice — transforming the visit from passive observation into active, bilateral exchange.

在教育访问之外,我们通过东京城市结构观察与富士山区域延展体验,构建“学术 + 城市 + 自然”三维框架,使整体认知更加立体。

Beyond institutional visits, we incorporated urban observation in Tokyo and a regional extension to the Mount Fuji area, building a three-dimensional framework of “academics + city + nature,” allowing participants to develop a more holistic understanding of Japanese society and culture.


我们设计教育交流路线的核心目标始终是帮助教育工作者深度理解访问目的地国的教育体系,比较职业教育模式,探索未来合作的可能性,并在文化体验中建立真实认知。

Our core objective in designing educational exchange routes is to help educators gain a deep understanding of the destination country’s education system, compare vocational training models, explore potential future cooperation opportunities, and develop authentic insights through cultural immersion.
